Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a quality professional to support the Louisiana LNG project by implementing the Project Quality Plan across engineering, procurement, construction, and startup. The role emphasizes client interface, supplier oversight, audits, and corrective actions in a complex EPC environment.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) across engineering, procurement, construction, administrative services, testing, commissioning & startup to ensure quality commitments and objectives are achieved.
• Review project schedules for quality-related activities to ensure timely PQP requirements.
• Plan, execute, and manage internal and external quality audits and surveillances, including closure of findings and supplier/subcontractor responses.
• Incorporate applicable quality assurance requirements for suppliers and subcontractors into requisitions.
• Manage supplier/subcontractor quality including prequalification, bid evaluation, QMS assessment, and review of quality documentation.
