Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is hiring Surveillance Operators in Atlantic City, NJ. You will monitor casino operations to protect assets, patrons, and staff while identifying potential issues on the gaming floor.

The role requires analytical and observational skills, familiarity with computer applications, and the ability to document events clearly for reports and potential investigations. Security experience is preferred and a NJ CCC CER is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year in a security, gaming, cage, slot, table games or audit role.
• Analytical and observational abilities, plus organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer applications relevant to surveillance and reporting.
• Casino Surveillance experience is an asset and certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and observe casino operations to safeguard assets, staff, and patrons.
• Identify issues on the gaming floor and assist other departments in asset protection.
• Document reviews and prepare logs or reports usable in investigations or legal matters.
• Coordinate emergency responses and ensure responsible gaming and alcohol service procedures.

Job Description

• Surveillance Operators are responsible for the daily on-going monitoring and observation of casino operations, while ensuring the security and integrity of casino assets, staff and patrons.
• Routine surveillance of the gaming floor identifying potential problems, such as poor game protection, suspicious individuals, and acting as a support unit to other departments in relation to the protection of company assets.
• attention to detail and sound observational skills for conducting reviews, writing and completing reports and logs that could be used as evidence in legal matters that have resulted from criminal charges against patrons or employees.
• Assist in the coordination and resolution of emergency situations.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
• Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values.
• Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one (1) or more years of experience in a Security related field or gaming related positions (Cage, Slot, Table Games or Audit).
• Analytical, observational, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer applications.
• Casino Surveillance or related surveillance experience an asset.
• Currently hold or be able to obtain a CER issued by the NJ Casino Control Commission.

Pay rate $20.00 an hour
