Responsibilities

• Operate CCTV technology to monitor casino activities and review footage.
• Monitor all casino areas to deter policy violations and fraud.
• Document incidents, guest complaints, and risk management issues.
• Maintain knowledge of surveillance rules, policies, and threats.
• Coordinate with Gaming Authority and law enforcement as needed; testify when required.
• Identify trends and anomalies by reviewing data and software.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance guest experience.
