Job summary

BetMGM is seeking a Surveillance Officer in Cincinnati, OH, onsite, to monitor sportsbook activities using CCTV, review incidents, and maintain a secure gaming environment. The role requires attention to detail and at least one year of gaming or surveillance experience. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience in surveillance or gaming.
• At least one year of gaming and/or Surveillance experience.
• Previous experience in a similar resort setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CCTV technology to monitor sportsbook activities and archive evidence.
• Monitor sportsbook areas to promote policy compliance and deter fraud.
• Review footage and document incidents including guest complaints and risk issues.
• Maintain knowledge of sportsbook rules and company policies through training.
• Coordinate with the Gaming Authority and law enforcement as needed.
• Testify in court as a company representative when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of Surveillance operations and non-public information.
• Identify trends by analyzing data across software applications.
• Collaborate with leadership to maximize guest experience.
• Perform other duties as required.
