Job summary
MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Gaming Surveillance Operator to monitor casino activities, detect irregularities, and help uphold gaming regulations. You will use CCTV, facial recognition, and access-control tools to observe, investigate, and document incidents while cooperating with Security and other departments.
The role requires familiarity with table games and poker, and offers shifts including day, swing, and graveyard.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Familiarity with casino table games and poker rules.
Responsibilities
- Monitor casino gaming activities using CCTV and VMS to detect irregularities.
- Oversee operations across Table Games, Cage, Slots, Poker, and Race & Sportsbook for compliance.
- Review footage and write incident reports detailing incidents, disputes, or risk issues.
- Operate facial recognition, plate recognition, panic alarms, and access controls as applicable.
- Assist Gaming Authority or law enforcement as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance operations and procedures.
