Job summary

The Cosmopolitan, part of MGM Resorts International, is seeking a Surveillance Operator II to monitor casino activities using CCTV and VMS, review incidents, and help maintain a safe gaming environment.

The role requires 21+ years of age, a high school diploma, and 1+ years of gaming or surveillance experience (preferred); starting rate is $24.00 per hour, with benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of prior gaming and/or surveillance experience (preferred)
• Experience in a resort setting (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Operate CCTV and VMS to monitor casino activities and review incidents.
• Download still images, archive audio & video evidence, and monitor systems for malfunctions.
• Prepare written incident reports (guest complaints, missing property, risk issues, theft...).
• Share relevant information via email with sister properties as directed.
• Monitor facial recognition, license plate recognition, and access control systems as applicable.
• Evaluate players for advantage play and suspicious activity using software.
• Coordinate with Gaming Authority and law enforcement as necessary; testify in court when required.
