Job summary

San Manuel is seeking a vigilant surveillance professional to analyze live and recorded video, perform routine camera patrols, and document findings with precise reports. You will coordinate with casino staff to gather incident details and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations across multiple properties.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of security-related experience, with strong MS Office and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of experience in surveillance, security, or casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes surveillance video to detect suspicious or illicit activities around the Yaamava' Resort & Casino.
• Conducts observations across the gaming facility and parking structures with detailed reporting.
• Manages telephone and radio communications and logs critical information with surveillance software.
• Collaborates with casino staff and leadership to obtain incident details for investigations and safety reviews.
• Performs routine camera patrols to ensure safety of guests, vendors, and operations.
• Reviews and exports video evidence for incidents across properties owned by San Manuel Nation.
• Maintains knowledge of internal controls, policies, and regulations (MICS, Federal/State) with periodic testing.
• Performs camera functionality checks and submits work orders for malfunctions.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support department operations.
