Job summary

San Manuel Band of Mission Indians seeks a Surveillance Agent II to support integrity and compliance in casino operations. You will monitor live and recorded gaming activity, apply internal controls, and coordinate with teams for investigations.

The role requires at least two years in surveillance or security, strong report writing and communication skills, and familiarity with surveillance software. Possession of CSP certification is preferred and a gaming license may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• An associate’s degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in surveillance, security, or relevant casino experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze recorded and live surveillance video to detect suspicious activity or discrepancies.
• Monitor and apply internal controls, prepare detailed reports, and maintain data integrity.
• Manage communications and log critical information using surveillance software and databases.
• Collaborate with Casino team members and leadership to obtain incident details for investigations and safety risks.
• Maintain proficiency in table games and verify payouts, reimbursements, and reconciliations.
• Conduct casino department audits using cameras and databases to verify regulatory compliance and internal controls.
• Stay current on Tribal Gaming Commission controls, policies, and regulations through testing and updates.
• Perform routine camera functionality checks and submit technical work orders for malfunctions.
• Perform other duties to support department operations.
