Job summary

Tioga Downs is seeking a Surveillance Operator to monitor casino security systems, spot irregularities, and document findings. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-based environment, building knowledge of table games and surveillance technologies to protect guests and assets.

We provide hands-on training and a supportive environment where confidentiality and quick decision-making matter on every shift.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Interest in security, investigations, or loss prevention.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Keep Your Eyes on the Action: Monitor advanced surveillance systems throughout the property and spot what others might miss.
• Think Fast, Act Smart: Identify suspicious activity, recognize potential risks, and communicate concerns promptly.
• Follow the Evidence: Review video footage, document findings, and prepare detailed reports for leadership and outside agencies when needed.
• Learn the Game: Build your knowledge of table games and casino operations to recognize irregularities and protect game integrity.

What You Bring to the Team
