Tioga Downs Casino Resort in Nichols, NY is seeking a Surveillance Operator to be the eyes behind the action. You’ll monitor casino surveillance systems, identify suspicious activity, and document findings to help protect guests, employees, and assets.

No experience? Training provided. You’ll learn table game operations and loss-prevention practices while contributing to a safe, fair gaming environment. Ready to think like a detective and stay one step ahead?

• Identify suspicious activity, recognize potential risks, and communicate concerns promptly.
• Review video footage, document findings, and prepare detailed reports for leadership and outside agencies when needed.
• Build knowledge of table games and casino operations to recognize irregularities and protect game integrity.
• Identify safety, security, and loss-prevention concerns before they upscale.
• Work with appropriate departments to support a safe, secure, and fair gaming environment.

What You Bring to the Team
