Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience as a Surveillance Officer or Gaming Supervisor.
• Strong Gaming or Law Enforcement background preferred.
• Familiar with surveillance methods and procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Surveillance Policy; ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Assign work schedules and evaluate staff performance.
• Oversee training and development programs for staff.
• Monitor gaming activities using video/audio surveillance and multiple monitors.
• Document and report incidents and monetary transactions with accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain official logs of departmental activities and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow established chain of command and work as a team with other departments.
