Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain a gaming license.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have strong organizational, communication, employee relations, computer, and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to function in a team environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Proven experience in surveillance operations or a related field is a plus.
• Must have strong computer skills and ability to utilize Microsoft Applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes recorded and/or live surveillance video to detect suspicious activities.
• Writes detailed and accurate reports and data entry.
• Multitasks between phone calls and radio communications; logs pertinent information using surveillance software.
• Maintains communication with Security and leadership to gather facts for investigations.
• Performs camera patrols and checks; inspects equipment and logs issues.
• Exhibits ability to observe, document and transfer incidents to reports.
