Job summary

Bally's Chicago is seeking an attentive Surveillance Supervisor to lead the Surveillance team, observe gaming floors via cameras, and ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards. You will log activity, report suspicious behavior, and coordinate responses to alarms while maintaining professional service for guests.

Responsibilities include training staff, recording video clips, monitoring entrances and cages, and ensuring accurate daily logs.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and obtain a Missouri Gaming Commission license.
• Ability to operate computer software and surveillance equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Be punctual, reliable and able to work weekends, holidays and nights as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision, training, and coaching to the Surveillance team.
• Observe facility through cameras and record all pertinent activity.
• Record and report questionable activity for review.
• Conduct observations of gaming areas as directed.
• Detect cheating, theft, and other illegal activities.
• Prepare daily logs and store video clips in system repositories.
• Monitor facility entrances, cages, vaults, and count rooms.
• Coordinate responses to hold-up alarms and notify management.
• Monitor Security radio transmissions and Slots Management.
• Provide exceptional customer service while following safety rules.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and guests.
