Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years surveillance experience in a gaming environment.
• Minimum 1 year in a Lead Surveillance Operator position.
• Must possess computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Must be able to transfer video clips to CD's or hard drives.
• Must be able to operate digital systems.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Must pass a background check and receive a license from the Missouri Gaming Commission.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision, training, coaching to the Surveillance team and observe the facility via cameras.
• Record and report questionable activity for review.
• Conduct observations of gaming areas as directed.
• Detect cheating, theft, and other illegal activities.
• Prepare daily logs of all pertinent activity.
