Job summary

Ute Mountain Casino Hotel is seeking a Manager – Surveillance Operations to lead the surveillance function, ensuring compliant monitoring of gaming and non-gaming activities. The role reports to the General Manager and focuses on regulatory readiness, system integrity, and unbiased investigations.

Responsibilities include directing investigations, reporting to executive leadership, and coordinating with IT, Security, Finance, HR, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a Tribal license.
• Must demonstrate integrity, discretion, and ethical judgment.
• Progressive leadership experience in highly regulated environments.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all Surveillance activities.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance with gaming regulations and Tribal Compact provisions.
• Interpret and enforce surveillance policies and procedures across the department.
• Maintain security and auditability of all surveillance systems and records.
• Direct investigations and prepare executive-level reports for leadership and regulators.
• Lead staffing, training, performance management, and onboarding for surveillance personnel.
