Job summary

Bally's Quad Cities Casino and Hotel is seeking a Surveillance team member responsible for monitoring gaming activities, enforcing policies, and reporting irregularities to the Surveillance leadership. The role supports guest service excellence and compliance across casino operations.

The position requires knowledge of promotions, events, and internal controls, with duties spanning non-gaming procedures and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal and external guest service by all members.
• Monitors table games and electronic gaming device activities.
• Monitors cashiers cage and count room activities.
• Monitors all non-gaming procedures
• Knowledge of the overall casino operations.
• Responsible to report any irregularities to the Surveillance Supervisor and/or Director of Surveillance.
• Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion program as described in Bally's Quad Cities Casino and Hotel internal controls.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.

Target Salary:

• Target Salary Range $16.50
