Job Summary

The Casino Surveillance Manager is responsible for overseeing the surveillance operations of the casino to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal controls, and company policies. This role utilizes advanced surveillance systems to monitor, detect, and document activities to protect company assets, maintain the integrity of gaming operations, and ensure the safety and security of guests and team members.

The Surveillance Manager leads and develops a team of surveillance professionals, ensuring effective monitoring of all casino areas and timely reporting of incidents. This position collaborates closely with Security, Compliance, and Operations teams to support investigations, enforce procedures, and maintain a secure and compliant gaming environment.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage complex operations within a highly regulated, 24/7 casino environment

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Informappropriate leadershipand regulatorsof all activities involving violationsof Internal Controls, Gaming Regulations, Company policies and procedures, andany theft/embezzlement by employees orguests
• Formulate,directandparticipatein the development and implementation of goals andobjectivesfor the surveillance department
• Reviewand evaluate daily shift reports and incident reports,investigateand take theappropriate action
• Performvideo reviews for various departments as requested
• Researchnew technologyor methods to improve surveillance efficiency
• Drives improved results through staff development andtraining programs, and established methods,proceduresand guidelines tomaintaindesired standards, andhigh-qualityservice, thenmonitorsresults through inspection,evaluationand analysis.Make changes if necessary to achieveend result.
• Responsible for ensuringoptimaloperations and consistenthigh-qualitystandards in areas of responsibility during all business hours.
• Responsible for overall department budgets, profit and loss statements, cost analysis, labor analysis,planningand promotions
• Management accountability for all team members for day to day andlong termoperations to include hiring,trainingand developing employees, which includes coaching, mentoring andappropriate performancemanagement up to and including separation
• Responsible for the overall integrity of daily operations, ensures compliance and training with all regulatory, internal control, and associated policies and procedures
• Presents oneself as a credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same.
• Lead an organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies
• Identifycompliance risks and take actions necessaryto eliminate or minimize risks

• Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct
• Ability to prepare, understand, and analyze business strategies, Budget & P&L Statements and Business Plans.
• Install, Configure, and maintain surveillance cameras, recording devices, monitors, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning surveillance hardware and software to minimize system downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance on CCTV, network video, servers, and surveillance workstations.
• Ensure surveillance systems remain operational and compliant with company policies, internal controls, and gaming regulations
• Assist with software updates, system upgrades, and vendor-supported maintenance activities
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned

What You Will Need

• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Proficient in English verbal and written
• Background working with low voltage electronics required
• Proficient Microsoft Office programs to include, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
• High School Diploma or GED Required, Post secondary college a plus
• Good written and oral communication skills including having tact when dealing with difficult customers
• Extensive knowledge of Casino games, regulations and game protection
• Prior Casino Leadership experience required
• Knowledge of investigative procedures and techniques

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
• Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment
• Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
• Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
