Job summary

Bally's Dover is seeking a Surveillance Technician to maintain and monitor the casino's video and security systems. You will replace failed equipment, troubleshoot issues, and assist with installation and setup of new devices, while ensuring all cameras and recording systems function correctly.

The role requires color vision, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and night shifts. A DE Gaming license is required; background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and Windows-based PC programs.
• Must pass background check and obtain DE Lottery license.

Responsibilities

• Performs replacement and maintenance of video and surveillance equipment.
• Monitors inventory levels for surveillance; notifies low stock.
• Troubleshoots equipment failures and replaces faulty parts.
• Assists in installation, setup and checkout of new equipment.
• Observes facility via CCTV; logs activity and prepares daily reports.
• Ensures proper installation and operation of video and recording gear.
• Responds to service calls and summons appropriate personnel as needed.
• Follows all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
