Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Dover, DE is seeking a vigilant Surveillance Associate to monitor casino floor activity, record events, and coordinate investigations. You will log daily activities, review video footage, and help ensure the security of entrances, cages, vaults and count rooms.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass a background check and obtain a DE Lottery license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to distinguish all colors and work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to learn job duties and maintain knowledge of basic concepts and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required.

Responsibilities

• Observe facility with pan, zoom, and tilt cameras and log activity.
• Coordinate with supervisor to document questionable activity for evidence.
• Detect cheating, theft, and other illegal activities.
• Prepare daily logs and log video clips in Surveillance system repositories.
• Monitor entrances, cash handling areas, and security systems.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with relevant management and authorities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with staff and guests.
