Job summary

Acro Service Corp in the United States seeks an experienced Surface and Air Surveillance & Command and Control (C2) Operations Subject Matter Expert and Product Trainer to support training, analysis, and operational integration efforts.

This role requires deep hands-on operational knowledge in building and maintaining a recognized air and surface picture using multiple sensors, communications paths, and data links.

Qualifications

• Prior military service in Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, or NATO.
• Direct experience in surface and/or air surveillance operations.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and managing air and surface objects.
• Demonstrated operational proficiency regardless of rank or title.
• Familiar with Automatic Independent Surveillance, marine radar products and maritime safety.

Responsibilities

• Support training, analysis, and operational integration efforts.
• Translate real-world operational experience into training and program support.
• Collaborate with customers to develop and deliver training materials and sessions.
