Job summary

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Surface and Air Surveillance & Command and Control (C2) Operations Subject Matter Expert to support training, analysis, and operational integration efforts in Elkridge, MD. This role requires deep hands-on operational knowledge in building and maintaining a recognized air and surface picture using multiple sensors, communications paths, and data links.

The ideal candidate brings operational and instructional experience from U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum military background with air/surface surveillance experience.
• Experience building and maintaining a common operational picture.
• Familiar with naval radar and maritime safety systems.
• Knowledge of ADS-B and electronic surveillance measures.
• Instructor or training-center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support training, analysis, and operational integration efforts.
• Build and maintain a recognized air and surface picture using multiple sensors and data links.

Skills

Prior military service (Air Force, NAV

2-12 years of relevant experience

Direct experience in surface and/or

Experience identifying, tracking, and

Familiar with Automatic Independent

Familiar with ADS-B, radio direction

Instructor experience at a recognized

Background as a Navy OS / Coast Guard

Joint or multi-domain operational
