Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. Surveillance Support (CI Specialist) to support a federal government client in Fort Meade, MD. The role conducts analysis, identifies foreign intelligence threats, and develops CI strategies.

Responsibilities include delivering training on surveillance techniques, producing real-time intelligence reports, and coordinating with team leaders to apply operational security measures. A TS/SCI with CI POLY is required.

Qualifications

• Must be JCITA Discrete Physical Surveillance Course graduate or DoD/IC equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Analyze surveillance topics and provide recommendations to the Surveillance Commander and Operations Officer during real world operations and training.
• Identify and assess foreign intelligence efforts targeting U.S. persons and interests.
• Apply CI capabilities and DoD TTPs for all-source CI studies and CI strategy development.
• Develop and present programs of instruction on collection operations TTPs for surveillance operations.
• Capture analytic data and provide training to identify and correct deficiencies.
• Deliver comprehensive training to Soldiers and Civilians in surveillance functions.
• Build curricula for enhanced training in physical, aerial, and technical surveillance.
• Compile and disseminate real-time intelligence data to support CI operations.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and provide SME input during operations for security measures.

• Salary range: $100,000 - $132,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Description

• Shall conduct analysis and make recommendations on surveillance topics to the Surveillance Commander and Operations Officer during real world operations and external training opportunities.
• Identifies, monitors, and assesses foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests.
• Applies understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies.
• Conducts, develops, produces, and presents programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.
• Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.
• Shall capture analytical data by providing technical support, as a nonoperational team member, to identify operational deficiencies and develop an appropriate plan, and an associated training program, to correct noted deficiencies.
• Shall produce and deliver the comprehensive training program to the Soldiers and Civilians assigned to units comprising surveillance.
• Shall build the curriculum to provide enhanced training in the specific functions of physical, aerial, and technical surveillance.
• Shall compile, analyze, report, and disseminate real-time intelligence data for surveillance and counter surveillance operations worldwide in support of the US Army ACIC counterespionage (CE), CT, and HUMINT operations.
• Shall maintain coordination with Team Leaders by providing technical support, as a non- operational team member, and provide subject matter expertise during all phases of operations to employ tactics, techniques, procedures, and operational security measures in support of CI operations.

Required Experience

• Must be a graduate of JCITA’s Discrete Physical Surveillance Course or DoD / IC equivalent.

Required Education

• High School Diploma- 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Associate’s degree- 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree- 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master’s degree- 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Security Clearance

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
