Job summary

Acron Aviation is seeking a Systems Avionics Engineer to support development, integration, verification, and certification of airborne surveillance systems. The role focuses on transforming customer needs into validated solutions while leading system integration across the lifecycle.

The candidate should have strong project management skills, be comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• 4–9 years of direct avionics experience preferred.
• Experience writing system requirements, validation procedures, and test execution.
• Knowledge of ARP-4754A and DO-178 processes.
• Experience with XPDR/TCAS/TAWS/ADS-B Out/In is desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop new system architectures and designs to meet requirements.
• Author and maintain system specifications and documentation.
• Lead system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Support certification and sustainment across product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
