Job summary

Alert 360 is seeking a Detection Agent to monitor CCTV alarms and provide professional customer service to protect client property in Tulsa, OK. You will review video feeds, coordinate with security personnel, and document actions using multiple software systems, maintaining accuracy and discretion.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience in surveillance or call-center settings, and strong English communication. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in surveillance, CCTV, or security with attention to detail.
• Ability to sit while using computer and review CCTV footage for extended periods.
• Deliver world-class customer service and build loyalty.
• Capability to work under moderate stress.
• Proficient with multiple computer applications and databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Pre-employment testing required.
• Must pass background and drug screen.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV video alarms and provide customer service with civility and confidentiality.
