Alert 360 in Tulsa, OK is seeking an alarm dispatcher to respond to fire, medical, and alarm signals for customers nationwide from our 24/7 monitoring center. You will reassure homeowners and coordinate with local emergency personnel, providing clear documentation and timely dispatch of aid.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, calmness under pressure, and reliability for weekend/holiday shifts. In-person work location is required and comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to sit while using computer and phone equipment for extended periods.
• Deliver world class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Must pass background and drug screen process.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarm signals (fire, medical, and other alarms) from customers across the United States.
• Reassure homeowners or business owners and coordinate with local emergency personnel.
• Provide accurate documentation of actions taken during response calls.
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor and clear communication at all times.
