Alert 360 in Tulsa, OK is seeking an entry-level alarm dispatcher to respond to alarm, fire, and medical signals across the United States. You will support homeowners, business owners, and emergency responders from our monitoring center.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to sit while using computer and phone equipment for extended periods.
• Deliver world class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Must pay attention to detail.
• Capability to work well under moderate stressful situations.
• Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute efficiently and accurately.
• Proficiency to work simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases.
• Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Pre-employment testing is required.
• Must pass background and drug screen process.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarm signals and coordinate response with homeowners/business owners and emergency services.
• Provide customer-focused support and maintain accurate call documentation.
• Work in a 24/7 monitoring center and handle weekend/holiday shifts.
