Wind Creek Chicago is seeking a Surveillance Agent to observe, document, and report activities across gaming and non-gaming areas, ensuring regulatory adherence and protecting company assets.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years of age, and about one year of related security or cash operations experience. Candidates should be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays and pursue Illinois Gaming Board licensure as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and to complete within 6 months.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• One (1) year of related experience cash operations, CCTV, security, loss prevention, or investigations.

Responsibilities

• Observe, document, and report activities to protect assets and detect illegal behavior.
• Train in surveillance topics including camera and equipment usage and detection techniques.
• Monitor restricted areas to ensure only authorized personnel enter.
• Complete video reviews, reports, logs, and related documentation.
• Assist with investigations as directed by management.
