Job summary

River City Casino & Hotel is seeking a Surveillance Agent in Missouri to monitor CCTV, investigate incidents, and support secure casino operations. You will work closely with security colleagues to maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate incident handling.

The role requires 21+ years of age, fluent English, and a background in CCTV and gaming systems. River City offers Day 1 medical coverage, retirement benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• Correctable 20/20 vision with normal color acuity required.
• Background in CCTV, PC applications, electronic gaming, and electronic media preferred.
• Written, mathematical, and verbal communication skills, and fluency in English required.
• Thorough knowledge of casino games and operations, cheating, scams, card counting, and player evaluations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a variety of investigations both independently and as part of a collaborative effort.
• Operate CCTV and other data systems.
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Take proactive and strategic approaches to handle situations that arise.
• This position will require you to be in a confined room for extended periods of time.

As a Surveillance Agent, you will:

Pay: $18.00 per hour | Shift: Grave: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
