ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital Los Angeles is seeking a Veterinary Doctor’s Assistant to join our growing surgery team. You will help establish a trusting client relationship while handling administrative tasks, communicating with clients, and ensuring smooth daily flow.

You will work closely with board-certified specialists, liaising between doctors, clients, and patients, attaching records, and preparing cost estimates for diagnostics and procedures. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of veterinary experience in a client service role or similar.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Proficient in using veterinary computer systems for data entry, including charges and patient information.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Board Certified Specialists and assist in surgery team workflows.
• Serve as liaison between doctors, clients, and patients and maintain clear communication with clients.
