• Plan: Develop individualized care plan with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Implement: Directs care team, delegates as needed, manages time and resources to follow the plan of care.
• Evaluate: Reviews outcomes, revises plan as needed.
• Professionalism: Adheres to legal/ethical standards, documentation, scope of licensure, and professional conduct.
