Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; valid compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Assess physical, social, and psychological status and information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develop an individualized plan of care with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Implement: Directs the interdisciplinary care team and coordinates care per plan.
• Evaluate: Reassess goals and revise the plan based on patient response.
• Professionalism: Uphold professional standards, documentation, and ethical/legal compliance.
