Job summary

Convatec is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive the commercial success of its Advanced Wound Care surgical portfolio in a defined US territory. You will collaborate with a regional team to optimize strategies and achieve sales goals, while fostering relationships across hospitals, ORs, and clinics.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in medical sales, with a track record of success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two plus years’ experience in Medical Sales in a complex selling environment.
• Experience selling in OR or surgical environments preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Demonstrated track record of sales success and awards.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the portfolio of surgical products to achieve quotas and profitability.
• Develop new target accounts and expand business with existing accounts.
• Create and maintain action plans by analyzing territory performance and reports.
• Utilize products with trained health care professionals in the territory.
• Build relationships across ORs, clinics, and care settings to shape territory strategy.
