Job summary

Convatec is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Professional to promote the Advanced Wound Care portfolio across a defined geographic area. You will drive sales, manage key accounts and develop territory strategies in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.

You will travel up to 50% of the time, build relationships with hospitals, wound care centers and physician offices, and use clinical evidence to articulate our value proposition while achieving annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in B2B or medical sales in a complex environment.
• Experience in competitive, growth sales environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell portfolio of Chronic products; understand landscape to achieve sales results, quotas/targets and profitability goals.
• Develop new target accounts and increase sales of current accounts.
• Develop and maintain business plans by analyzing territory performance and reports to identify needs and close opportunities.
• Ensure effective product utilization by all trained HCPs within territory.
• Network across Acute facilities and Wound Care Centers and build territory strategy.
