Job summary

Convatec in the San Diego area seeks a driven sales professional to grow the Advanced Wound Care portfolio across acute facilities and wound care centers. You will manage accounts, develop territory plans, and collaborate with regional teams to achieve revenue targets.

Minimum 2 years in medical sales with a bachelor’s degree, plus strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% to support healthcare providers and key opinion leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or medical sales.
• Experience in a highly competitive, growth sales environment preferred.
• Experience selling in acute facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell portfolio of chronic products; understand competitive landscape to achieve sales results, quotas/targets and profitability goals.
• Develop new target accounts, establish new business and increase sales of current accounts.
• Develop and maintain business plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) by analyzing territory performance and reports to identify needs and close opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of products, channels and distribution; articulate evidence-based value proposition; travel up to 50%.
