Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and long-term strategic planning for the Surgical Technology program.
• Drive accreditation compliance including self-studies, reaccreditation, annual reports and responses.
• Promote safety and compliance in labs and clinical environments.
• Monitor faculty effectiveness and ensure engaging learning experiences for students.
• Support curriculum development and alignment with industry standards.
• Mentor and advise students and prepare them for licensing exams.
