Qualifications

Graduate of a nationally accredited Surgical Technology program.
Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Current CST certification from an NCCA-accredited agency.
Five years of OR scrub or Surgical Technology teaching experience in last ten years.
Experience with curriculum design, program planning, and accreditation processes preferred.
Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and evaluation of the Surgical Technology program.
Hire, onboard, and train instructors; manage schedules and workloads.
Ensure curriculum aligns with certification requirements and accreditation standards.
Oversee resources including didactic, laboratory, and equipment.
Prepare accreditation documentation and reports.
Monitor student success metrics and drive program improvements.
