You will lead the nursing department, ensuring compliance with state boards and accrediting agencies while partnering with campus and corporate leaders to maintain program excellence. The role drives faculty development, schedules coordination, and quality assurance, promoting a student-centered learning environment and timely progression.

Qualifications

• MSN required; Doctorate preferred
• Active RN license in state of employment
• 5+ years leadership in post-secondary nursing
• 2+ years teaching in accredited BSN program

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for curriculum development and evaluation to align with industry standards and student success outcomes
• Oversee faculty management including hiring orientation mentorship performance evaluation
• Coordinate academic planning with course schedules, faculty assignments, and resources
• Monitor student performance, advising, licensure preparation and engagement
• Maintain compliant student records, faculty evaluations and program documentation
• Represent program in regulatory bodies and community partnerships
• Lead continuous improvement through feedback analysis and action plans
