Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology education program.
• Current NBSTSA CST credential.
• Five years of OR scrub and/or surgical technology teaching experience in the past decade.
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred or may be required by accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of the Surgical Technology program.
• Develop, evaluate, and maintain curriculum per accreditation rules.
• Support faculty development and student success in clinical education.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and professional norms.
• Collaborate with faculty, clinical partners, and leadership to drive program quality.
