Job summary

Southeastern College is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to manage the clinical education component of the Surgical Technology program. The role involves planning, coordinating, facilitating, and monitoring clinical activities in partnership with academic and clinical faculty to ensure a high‑quality learning experience for students.

The position requires an associate's degree and a Certificate in Surgical Technology, plus a valid CST license and two years of professional experience.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum associate's degree and CST license.
• Certificate in Surgical Technology from an accredited program is required.
• Two years of professional experience preferred; teaching experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and assessment of the clinical education component of the curriculum.
• Coordinate and implement clinical education activities including site placements, site visits, and evaluation.
• Facilitate students' clinical education and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance of the clinical education program with required standards.
