Qualifications

• Minimum three years of documented experience in OR scrub role or as an instructor in surgical technology within the past five years.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum evaluation and student learning assessment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic academic program.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction, evaluate students, and document progress across didactic, lab, and clinical settings.
• Visit students at clinical sites and coordinate with program directors and faculty.
• Coordinate clinical assignments, supervise student learning, and ensure site compliance.
• Develop and revise program curricula, syllabi, and assessments to support evolving practice skills.
• Lead and participate in program assessments, recruitment, retention, and marketing efforts.
