In collaboration with RN educators, you will organize orientation, facilitate clinical experiences, evaluate student performance, and coordinate communications across Franciscan Health departments to ensure high-quality learning experiences in Indiana.

Qualifications

• 3 years practical surgical technology experience.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)
• Preferred 1 year teaching experience in a surgical technology setting.
• Preferred Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Implement streamlined orientation for new hires in collaboration with RN education.
• Facilitate clinical experiences and evaluate practice in scrub role.
• Coordinate orientation for CST employees and communicate across departments.
