Job summary

Success Education Colleges (SEC) is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to oversee clinical experiences for Surgical Technology and Central Service Technician programs. You will assign and schedule students to affiliate facilities, ensure compliance with policy, and maintain required documentation.

The role requires credential in Surgical Technology with national credentialing and at least 3 years of OR experience or teaching, with an AA in ST preferred.

Qualifications

• Credential in Surgical Technology from a national credentialing organization
• Minimum of 3 years operating room experience or teaching in the field
• AA degree in ST preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise clinical experiences for students
• Assign and schedule students to facilities and rotations
• Prepare clinical/externship advisement packets for instructors
• Maintain clinical documents for at least five years
• Instruct students on HIPAA and PHI regulations; administer tests and maintain paperwork
• Assist Program Director in orienting new instructors
• Substitute for instructors as needed
