Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in Cape May Court House, NJ is seeking a Surgical Technologist to assist in the Surgical Suite under the direct supervision of the Registered Professional Nurse and/or physician.

The requirements include graduation from a nationally or regionally accredited Surgical Technologist program; American Heart Association BLS; NBSTSA certification or equivalent; Mon-Fri schedule with on-call.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally or regionally accredited educational program for Surgical Technologists.
• 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Certified Surgical Technologist credential NBSTSA or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• The trained technologist assists in the Surgical Suite under direct supervision of the Registered Nurse and/or physician.
