Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health is seeking a qualified Surgical Technologist to assist the surgical team in the Cape May Court House area and surrounding facilities. The role involves working under the direct supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse and/or physician in the Surgical Suite.

The position requires graduation from an accredited Surgical Technologist program, BLS certification, and NBSTSA or equivalent credential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
• NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) credential or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgical team under RN/physician supervision in the Surgical Suite.
• Support perioperative processes and equipment handling.
• On-call nights and weekends as required.
