Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Uptown in Dallas is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist/Scrub Tech to scrub, prepare instruments, and maintain sterile technique across procedures in a high-volume surgical setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and completion of a Surgical Technician program.
• Certification as required by state/center.
• Ambulatory surgery center experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions.
• Teamwork and strong communication with staff, patients, and physicians.
