Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Southlake is seeking a Surgical Technologist to scrub and assist in multiple operating room specialties in a physician-led ambulatory center.

The role requires a Scrub Technician program, a high school diploma, and 2 years' experience; ENT and orthopedics experience preferred. This on-site position offers a stable weekday schedule and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Scrub Technician Program; certification required.
• Two years of Scrub Tech experience in multiple specialties; ENT and Ortho preferred.
• General medical terminology knowledge for OR procedures.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and maintains a sterile field.
• Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Supports quality improvement activities within the Surgery Center.
