Qualifications

• Associate degree in surgical technology from a CAAHEP- or ABHES-accredited program.
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Maintains certification by participating in continuing education activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient and employee safety in all aspects of surgical care.
• Scrub independently for all surgical specialties and assist in procedure planning.
• Mentor others in equipment safety and knowledge and support regulatory compliance.
