Job summary

Surgery Partners Brand is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our operating room team. You will assist in surgical operations under supervision and help prepare the OR before procedures.

Responsibilities include maintaining sterile technique, passing instruments, preparing equipment, and supporting the anesthesia and surgical staff throughout the patient care process. Minimum education is an accredited program graduate with CPR certification and 0–2 years' clinical experience.

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program.
• CPR certification with 0-2 years of clinical experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains medical equipment for surgical procedures.
• Sets up operating room with instruments, drapes, and sterile solutions.
• Tends to patient during pre-operation procedures and ensures sterility.
• Prepares patient's skin and medical equipment for surgery.
• Passes instruments and supplies to surgeons and assistants.
• Observes vital signs and supports the surgical team during operations.
