Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Certified Operating Room Technicians (CORT).
• CORT certification preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS required within 30 days of hire.
• One to two years OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the surgical suite with instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures.
• Assist with patient transport, positioning, prepping, and draping while prioritizing comfort and safety.
• Scrub in and provide instruments, handle specimens, and anticipate team needs.
• Monitor patients and equipment during procedures, respond to concerns.
• Uphold sterile technique and support efficient room turnover and teamwork.
