Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a qualified Surgical Technologist to scrub in for designated surgeries and carry out general OR duties. You will adhere to Washington preoperative nursing care standards and KFHPW policies, collecting data and preparing for surgery as directed by the surgeon.

You will select and prepare supplies and equipment, establish and maintain a sterile field, and work closely with the operating team to ensure patient safety and efficient surgical flow.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an approved surgical technology program.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a health care team.
• Demonstrates professional behavior and clinical competencies.

Responsibilities

• Scrub in for designated surgeries and perform general OR duties.
• Collect data and prepare for surgery per surgeon's direction.
